3.1. Types of data collection
3.1.1. Coral Health will only collect data from sources when you connect them through your Coral Health Records App. As you connect your data sources (like mobile apps, web portals, and wearables), your Personal Data and Protected Health Information will be collected and accessible to you through the Coral Health Records App. All information collected is encrypted and securely stored on your mobile device. None of the information will ever be accessed or stored by Coral Health unless you explicitly choose to share your information or make your information available for commercial purposes.
3.1.2. Coral Health may collect additional information, including any details you choose to self disclose such as: self reported symptoms or lack thereof to biometric performance data captured by a mobile device. This information is never required and you should only disclose information you are comfortable disclosing in the data set.

3.2.1. Coral Health will NEVER use your data for any commercial purpose without your permission. Even when you opt to monetize your data, we never share your name, address, phone, or any personally identifiable information that reveals who you are specifically. What we sell is a contextual picture of your health that helps other organizations in the healthcare industry better improve their products, services and overall work to advance healthcare. This contextual picture provides information about your health, but does not give anyone the ability to send you advertisement outside of those you opt-in to receive through Coral Health Platform.
3.2.2. Some monetization opportunities let you receive profits without you doing anything other than your everyday healthcare activities. Other monetization opportunities require you complete a task (like answering a survey or confirming a medication was taken) in order to earn money. In the “Marketplace Settings” section within your Coral Health Records App, you will have the ability to turn on or off any of the monetization opportunities that we are offering.
3.3. You Control Your Data
3.3.1. You are always in control of your data settings. You can turn each monetization option on or off at any time.
3.3.2. We never monetize your information without your permission. We believe that you, the data owner, should always be in control of your information AND choose whether or not you want to share it. As a default we will ensure that data sharing is turned off so you can activate it at your discretion.
3.4. How We Protect Your Information
3.4.2. By utilizing state of the art encryption and never storing your private decryption key, Coral Health tries our utmost to protect the privacy and information security of our Users. Actions implemented work to protect confidentiality of Your personal data, however, even the most rigorous security measures are not able to to fully guarantee the security of personal data.

5.1. Subscription to the mailing list is completed online with the agreement of collection of Your: e-mail address, IP and updated profile informations. Data collected resides for the duration of Your subscription to Our newsletter.

6.4. Protected Health Information is stored natively on users mobile device, to be accessed and stored on the Coral Health Platform only following explicit consent from the User.
7. Control over Cookies
7.1. User consent is required for obtaining and using certain Cookies.
7.2. You can always change Your decisions on the acceptance or rejection of using Cookies.
7.3. These settings are usually located in the menu bar of Your Internet browser Tools> Internet Options, the “privacy” or “security”. There, Users can change the settings which types of Cookies would like to block.
7.4. In Your browser You can also delete cookies. Cancellation is usually available in the toolbox, under the “Clear Browsing Data” (usually a window can also display the CTRL + Shift + Del) and selecting Delete cookies.
7.6. Each User is assigned a session cookie, and a IP address is collected at the start of a session on the website, for identification purposes.
7.7. Cookies of Google Analytics may also be temporarily stored. Cookies are only stored for the time spent on applications with deletion upon inactivity. Persistent Cookies are stored on the User’s computer.
8. Coral Health Token Whitelisting
8.1. For valid issue of a Coral Health Token, personal data will be provided from the User.
8.2. Coral Health collects personally identifiable information from the User when information is voluntarily provided. This includes the creation of a profile on any related Coral Health Platform.
8.3. Users contact with Coral Health in relation to responding to communication or inquiries may also be recorded.
8.3.1. Coral Health will not share Personal Data or Personal Health Information for commercial purposes without prior User approval.
8.3.2. Any person who provided personal data to Coral Health can demand its deletion by sending an email to: [email protected] and Coral Health will delete it after meeting the purpose and regulatory requirements for storing it.
8.4. The personal data may comprise the data requested in accordance with the KYC/AML process requirements.
8.5. In the process of whitelisting, Coral Health may collect the following data Personal data of Individuals:

8.6.5. Customer identification procedures shall be adhered to determine the beneficial owners of trust or corporate accounts. These procedures include establishing whether a customer is an agent of another; deriving information concerning the ownership or structure of a company that is a legal entity not publicly traded in the US or other countries; and for trustees, getting data about the trust structure, determining the provider of funds, and discerning who has control over the funds and power to remove the trustee.
8.7. The Issuance Of The Coral Health Token Is Processed Only On Your Demand, The Voluntary Provision Of Data Is Explicit Approval Of The Subsequent Processing Of Data.
8.7.1. Users considering the purchase of tokens are required to inform themselves, and observe restrictions imposed by jurisdictions other than the laws of British Columbia, Canada in connection with privacy, and inform Coral Health if these laws set special requirements with regard to privacy issues.
9. Collection Of Data Serves To Process Coral Health Issuance Under Terms And Conditions Of Token Usage.
9.1. Legal requirements are met by the accumulated data, and processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to take steps at the request of You prior to committing to a contract.

9.3. Deletion of data will occur from time to time after meeting the purpose of usage, and upon User request.
